Three New Content Creator Packs on March 22
Cities Skylines’ DLC train will begin on March 22, featuring three fresh Content Creator Packs. Packed with exciting new aesthetic content, these packs will provide players with plenty of options to embellish their cities. Although none of the content is revolutionary, each pack includes some delightful add-ons that will keep players engaged until the release of Cities Skylines 2.
The inaugural pack, named Shopping Malls, boasts over 60 assets crafted by modder KingLeno. It introduces four distinctive structures and 53 fresh commercial zone buildings, accompanied by an array of theme-appropriate props. Among these structures, players can utilize the Shopping Plaza, Large Grocery Store, Medium Grocery Store, and the Mall of Marvels. Although the content is purely aesthetic, this inclusion will infuse Cities Skylines’ commercial zones with vitality.
The subsequent pack, Africa in Miniature, is the brainchild of 3D Artist Setonji “Prince Set” Hotonu. It boasts 28 new structures inspired by Africa’s multifaceted architecture. The pack comprises 11 exclusive buildings, two monuments, four fresh service buildings, nine growable buildings, and two props. Each building has a distinctive appearance and will undoubtedly enhance the vibrancy and diversity of cities.
On March 22, the ultimate Content Creator Pack to be released is the Sports Venue pack. Modder BadPeanut is the mastermind behind this pack, which encompasses several novel sports arenas for players to embellish their cities with. The pack includes six colossal stadiums, six medium-sized stadiums, and 10 community sports parks. The sports stadiums were previously one of the lesser developed facets of Cities Skylines, but this pack is expected to invigorate this feature.
