• Extract and place it in the BepInEx/plugins folder inside your Cities Skylines 2 directory.
• Make sure to reference the library when you’re creating mods that require method patching.

This is not a standalone mod for Cities: Skylines II.
Together with BepInEx it’s a base for creating mods in Cities: Skylines II.
