Dev Playground Options v0.1.0

A simple tiny mod which enables dev options in the menu without giving developer mode.

Enables the following options in the menu
– Interface: Interface Scaling. Disable UI scaling to get a smaller ui for high resolutions abouve 1080p.
– General: FPS and Frametime meter
