Modded Archipelago

This is my first take on C:S2 maps. We all wanna play now, original maps are kinda bad (cold and lots of steep terrain) imo… so … this map will do for now. When PDX finally releases mod support platform we will see much better and more maps.

Features:
– Based on Archipelago Map (no negative temperatures)
– Most of water changed to flat terrain for maximum building space
– Plenty of resources (entire terrain is either oil, ore or fertile land)
– Plenty of underground water sources
– Iconic map features kept (mountains, crater)
– Building style changed to American

How To Install:
– Unpack and copy to Your: %AppData\LocalLow\Colossal Order\Cities Skylines II\Maps, create Maps folder if needed.
– Start new game – select Modded Archipelago as map and have fun until PDX gives us better tools.

P.S.
I would advise playing with all tiles unlocked (either via in game option or mods)
– it’s not necessary, but land value will be higher due to amount of resources.
(Although with so many resources it’s easy to bank a bunch of $$$).

This happened to me just once – on first load of a map – wasn’t able to replicate it so far, so should be fine to use.
